Booking Policy:

Belconnen Way Motel and Service Apartment, Canberra allows you to make your booking confirm your bookings via online payment system.

• All bookings paid via our websites online payment facility will be treated as confirmed booking.
• When making a booking, if you choose to pay on check-in, please note that your booking will be given an “Un-confirmed” status. Please call us within 48 hours of your arrival date to confirm your booking.
• Upon making a booking, you can choose a login name and password to allow you to modify your own booking/s.
• Our web booking system will also allow you to make multiple booking and will save your basic details to save you from typing again and again.

Check-in and Checkout Policy:

• Check-in: 12.00 noon
• Check-out: 10.00 am
• Reception: 24 hours

Belconnen Way Motel and Service Apartment, Canberra has a flexible check-in policy. We have 24 hour reception and our standard check-in time is 12.00 noon, however if you wish to check-in earlier, we can organise that for you. Please note that in “Special Instructions” box.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Belconnen Way Motel and Service Apartments, Canberra is committed to protecting your information on our website. We use 128bits and higher encryption on our websites which are frequently tested and certified by Secured Socket Layer certificates.

Over-booking Policy:

At Belconnen Way Motel and Service Apartment, Canberra, we prefer to be under-booked and be over-booked. We are a family run business and prefer to give as personalised service to your as possible. Unlike other corporate/profit driven organisations, we take pride in adhering to high business ethics and principals.

Hence, it is very rare for us to get over-booked. However, due to some extreme or unforseen circumstance, if we happen to get over-booked and you have a confirmed reservation with us, we will do whatever we can to accommodate you here at BHM, including upgrading to you Spa-suite for no extra cost, if required. If we are not able to organise any suitable room at our motel, we will organise an alternative accommodation for you and also cover the cost of transportation for you.
